Some features may require an email-linked account or other verification method. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for safeguarding access to your browser profile and email account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account or device. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us as soon as possible.
You retain ownership of the notes, snippets, and other content you create in ClipMemo. You grant us a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide the service, sync your account, and support features you choose to use.
If we offer paid plans, billing will be processed by a third-party provider and tied to the email address or account information associated with your ClipMemo account.
You can cancel a subscription at any time through the checkout provider or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically create a refund.
We may change pricing or plan structure in the future. If we do, we will provide notice where required by law and update the relevant product pages and policies.
We may suspend or terminate access to ClipMemo if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk for other users or for the service itself.
